About the Role

You'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of operational, trade and frontline roles, partnering closely with leaders to attract, engage and secure quality talent.

This isn't a role where you post an ad and wait.

You'll proactively source candidates, keep vacancies moving, build talent pipelines and provide trusted recruitment advice that helps leaders make great hiring decisions. 

We're looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Has a strong sense of urgency and keeps momentum across multiple vacancies.
• Is highly organised and follows through on commitments.
• Builds trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Is confident recruiting blue-collar and operational workforces.
• Can move comfortably between workshop conversations and strategic discussions with senior leaders.
• Takes ownership, solves problems and gets things done.
