Looking for a nursing role where no two days are the same, our work truly matters and you get to swap hospital walls for fresh air and friendly faces? Alpine Health are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and community minded District Nurse to join our team.

Role Overview:

You will be out and about supporting people in their homes and helping them stay healthy, independent and connected to their community. From wound care and medication management to health education - you will make a real difference every single day.

What we are looking for:

  • Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of two years postgraduate nursing experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Have a current Victorian Driving Licence and comfortable navigating country roads
  • Organised, adaptable and confident working independently
  • Compassionate with a great sense of humour
  • Someone who enjoys building genuine connections with clients
  • Prepared to work weekends as required

Bonus points if you have:

  • Community or district nursing experience
  • Experience in Wound Management, CVAD's, Palliative care, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, Stoma and Catheter care.
