Role Overview:
This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on keeping our facilities safe, functional and well presented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine, reactive and preventative maintenance across multiple sites
- Completing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checks
- General maintenance and minor works, including basic grounds and facility upkeep
- Supporting contractors on site to ensure work is completed safely and to standard
- Maintaining accurate records using our MEX maintenance system
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues and risks
Essential:
You will have:
- A trade qualification or relevant Certificate III (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in maintenance, facilities or a similar hands-on role
- A strong focus on safety, quality and a customer focus
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- A current driver’s licence
