Role Overview:

This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on keeping our facilities safe, functional and well presented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine, reactive and preventative maintenance across multiple sites
  • Completing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checks
  • General maintenance and minor works, including basic grounds and facility upkeep
  • Supporting contractors on site to ensure work is completed safely and to standard
  • Maintaining accurate records using our MEX maintenance system
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues and risks 

Essential:

You will have:

  • A trade qualification or relevant Certificate III (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in maintenance, facilities or a similar hands-on role
  • A strong focus on safety, quality and a customer focus
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Basic computer skills
  • A current driver’s licence
