Essential Services Support Officer

The Essential Service Support officer will provide administrative support for the effective operation and delivery of Essential Services (Cleaning and Food Handling) at Alpine Health. They will support the implementation of effective management systems and initiatives to ensure the progression and achievement of Alpine Health’s service objectives. This role will be responsible for the administration of the menu management system.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Essential Services Support Officer maintains the following primary responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administration services and support for the effective operation and delivery of essential services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong computer knowledge, including Excel, Word and Databases
- Current drivers’ licence
- Ability to work across all sites as required.
- Manage the Alpine Health Menu Management system; including but not limited to tray tickets, updating records, generating reports, entering information.
- Provide administration support to the Essential Services Coordinators
- Ability to develop and pursue goals in keeping with overall organisational objectives.
- Ability to produce high quality computerised documents including letters, reports, minutes, spreadsheets including proof reading and formatting documents.
- Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work accurately under conflicting time pressures.
