IT Support Analyst

  • Location: Morningside, QLD
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Experience Level: Mid-Senior (4+ years)

 We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic, multi-office engineering environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about supporting users and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and resolve incidents via our IT ticketing system within SLAs.
  • Deliver clear, user-friendly technical guidance.
  • Perform system maintenance, updates, and security enhancements.
  • Deploy and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
  • Support after-hours systems and ensure service continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Mentor junior staff and support team development.
  • Uphold HSEQ standards and company values.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years in a similar IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Valid C Class Driver’s Licence.
