The Opportunity

We are seeking applications from experienced and driven Lead Control Systems Engineers to join our growing team in Gladstone. This role offers the chance to work in a progressive environment that values innovation, professional development, and a balanced lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to define project requirements and scope
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of robust control system solutions
  • Ensure project deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed on time
  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients
  • Promote and uphold a strong culture of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)

Experience and Skills

  • Background in infrastructure or heavy industrial sectors
  • Strong client engagement and communication abilities
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Experience in control system architecture, design, and development
  • Project management expertise including planning and scheduling
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex engineering projects

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in technical design across diverse control system platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
