We are now seeking a Project Administrator to support project delivery across our Adelaide, South Australia operations. This role is primarily focused on project administration, providing hands‑on support to Adelaide‑based Project Managers and delivery teams across document control, financial and claims administration, tender and reporting support, and the day‑to‑day coordination that keeps projects moving.
In addition, you will contribute to the smooth running of the Adelaide office, supporting local administrative activities and ensuring the office remains well organised, connected, and aligned with the broader national business.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Administrator, your primary focus will be supporting project delivery across Adelaide and enabling our local project teams to perform at their best. You will:
- Provide hands‑on project administration support across documentation control, compliance, reporting, and coordination
- Support payment claims, invoicing, expense management, and general project financial administration
- Manage and maintain project and personnel compliance records, including qualifications, certifications, medicals, and licences
- Assist with tenders, proposals, and customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow‑ups
- Work closely with Adelaide‑based Project Managers to keep projects organised, audit‑ready, and running smoothly

- Experience in project administration (office support experience also valued)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A clear, confident communicator who works well with diverse teams
- Solid MS Office capability (Excel experience highly regarded)
