The Opportunity – Graduate Control Systems Engineer
We are currently seeking applications from motivated and technically minded Graduate Control Systems Engineers to join our dynamic team in the Newcastle Branch. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your engineering career in a progressive environment that supports both professional development and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of high-performance control and automation solutions across a range of technologies including MES, Historian, DCS, SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and industrial networks
- Assist in the preparation of detailed project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test procedures
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to a high standard and within project timelines
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, contributing to system reliability and performance
- Promote and uphold a strong culture of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) throughout all project phases
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles and control systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Exposure to software development tools such as .NET Framework, VB.NET, and Visual Studio
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
