This role sits within a highly technical team and is responsible for driving pipeline development, tendering, and commercial outcomes across the business.
You will work closely with the OT & Cybersecurity Manager and technical leaders to convert capability into secured, profitable work.
Key Responsibilities

- Support go / no-go decisions and pursuit prioritisation
- Translate technical solutions into clear, compelling client value propositions
- Contribute to pricing and commercial structuring of proposals
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered

About You
- Experience in a commercial, business development, or bid-focused role within:
- Engineering consultancy
- Industrial / OT environments
- Cybersecurity or critical infrastructure sectors

- Comfortable working with technical stakeholders and senior leaders
- Highly organised, proactive, and outcome-focused
What Sets This Role Apart
