Alliance Automation is expanding in Newcastle, and we’re looking for a standout Engineering Project Manager to take the reins on high-impact projects across the Mining & Resources, Water/Wastewater, and Heavy Industry sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the full lifecycle of engineering projects — from concept to commissioning
• Collaborating with clients to define scope, requirements, and success outcomes
• Building and managing project budgets and schedules with precision
• Driving the design, development, and delivery of high-performance control systems
• Ensuring every project meets our high standards — on time and on spec
• Providing ongoing support and building long-term client relationships
• Championing a strong HSEQ culture across all aspects of project delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in resource planning and project management
• A track record of success in Mining & Resources, Water/Wastewater, or Heavy Industry
• Strong client engagement and communication skills

• Hands-on expertise in PLC/SCADA system design and development
