Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team at The Albatross Bay Resort in Weipa!

The Albatross Bay Resort is a favourite amongst locals and visitors to Weipa offering stunning water views of the bay and a menu brimming with local caught seafood, The Deck Restaurant is the go-to for locals and visitors!

The Role:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of The Deck Restaurant and leading an experienced team to provide a high level of customer service to our patrons.

The following skills, behaviors and qualifications are essential:

• Restaurant management experience in a high-volume Venue - minimum 1 year full-time experience required
• Current RSA is a must
• Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills
• Availability to work rotating hospitality roster
• Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised
