Airport Development Group (ADG) owns and operates airports across the Northern Territory, connecting communities, supporting industries, and enabling economic growth across Northern Australia.
As part of our continued evolution, we're delivering Program Alkina, a significant enterprise-wide transformation program encompassing organisational redesign, ERP implementation, business process improvement, and the establishment of enterprise document governance.
We're seeking an experienced and highly organised Program Coordinator to join our transformation team on a fixed-term basis through to June 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in one of ADG's most important strategic programs, supporting leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver meaningful organisational change.
About the Role
The Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of Program Alkina. Working across multiple workstreams, you will provide coordination, governance, communication, and administrative support to ensure activities remain aligned, risks are managed, and deliverables are achieved.
This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional organisation, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate program meetings, steering committee forums, working groups, and workshops.
- Track actions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation.
- Support reviews, workshops, and decision-making forums to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered.
- Assist with the development, review, and validation of business processes, procedures, and supporting documentation.
- Provide day-to-day coordination support across multiple transformation workstreams.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Develop, coordinate, and distribute program communications to employees across ADG.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking.
- Assist with the identification and assessment of change impacts and support implementation of change actions.
- Coordinate interactions between program teams, senior leaders, steering committees, and external vendors.
Governance & Risk Management
- Support the maintenance of program governance frameworks and reporting requirements.
- Ensure program standards, templates, and documentation protocols are consistently applied.
- Assist with maintaining risk and issue registers, including tracking mitigation activities and due dates.
- Participate in risk reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of governance processes.
Document & Information Management
- Maintain and support centralised repositories for program documentation.
- Ensure program documents are version-controlled, accessible, secure, and compliant with governance requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise document governance processes and procedures.
- Promote best practice information management across the program.
Change Management
- Act as a positive advocate for Program Alkina and organisational change initiatives.
- Support communication, engagement, and adoption activities across the business.
- Assist in identifying and addressing change impacts within functional areas.
- Help build awareness and understanding of transformation objectives across ADG.
Safety, Risk & Compliance
- Support ADG's commitment to safety through proactive identification and management of risks.
- Contribute to a culture that prioritises safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
- Apply ADG policies and procedures relating to risk management, compliance, and cyber security awareness.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or complex projects.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence positive outcomes.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting ERP implementations such as TechnologyOne, Infor, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience in organisational transformation, change management, or process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of governance frameworks, policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in infrastructure, aviation, transport, or operationally focused environments.
