Airport Development Group (ADG) is seeking a proactive and highly organised Ground Transport & Parking Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of car parking and ground transport facilities.
Reporting to the Head of Parking and Ground Transport, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, strong contract performance, and an excellent customer experience across all parking and transport services. You’ll also support strategic initiatives, parking management, and improvement projects in a fast-paced, 24/7 airport environment.
About the position
- Coordinate daily parking and ground transport operations
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support operational continuity
- Support parking management and strategic improvement initiatives
- Manage online parking systems including bookings, refunds, and amendments
- Oversee parking infringements, abandoned vehicles, and reporting
- Assist with contracts and supplier performance management
- Support budgets, reporting, and operational analysis
- Contribute to service improvement and capital works projects
- Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management standards are met
About you
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems/ERP platforms
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach
- Current NT Driver’s Licence (or ability to obtain)
- Desirable: Experience in parking, transport, or operational environments
