Drive safety, risk, and assurance in ADG’s landmark business transformation.
Program Alkina is one of ADG’s most significant transformation programs, and we’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Safety, Risk & Assurance to provide expert guidance across safety management, risk frameworks, and assurance activities.
This is your chance to shape organisational safety culture, ensure compliance, and contribute to ERP implementation and business transformation initiatives. This position can be Cairns or Darwin based – with travel expected as part of the role.
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert input into program design, delivery, and ERP implementation.
- Support the development and validation of business processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Champion organisational governance, policies, standards, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and operational readiness.
- Act as a change leader—supporting communication, engagement, and adoption.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, promoting a sustainable and safety-conscious culture.
- Apply ADG policies and guidelines to identify and respond to cyber security threats.
What You Bring
- Proven expertise in safety management, risk management, and assurance frameworks.
- Experience contributing to business transformation or ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and organisational standards.
- Ability to influence outcomes and collaborate across functions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritisation skills.
- ERP experience (Infor/SAP/TechOne).
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
