We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to support the delivery of Program Alkina, a major multi-stream transformation program encompassing organisational redesign, ERP implementation, and enterprise-wide document governance.
Reporting to the Program Director – Alkina, this role provides portfolio-level coordination, governance, and reporting support to ensure consistent standards, visibility, and effective decision-making across the program. This position can be Cairns or Darwin based.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, risks, and issues
- Coordinate program forums, including steering committees and working groups
- Track actions, decisions, and deliverables, ensuring timely escalation
- Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Support program governance frameworks, standards, and templates
- Manage centralised program documentation and version control
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and support change activities
- Assist with ERP and document governance training and onboarding
- Support risk, safety, and cyber security compliance
About You
- Experience working in a PMO role within a corporate or government environment
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs (ERP experience desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Desirable
- Experience with ERP systems such as Infor or TechnologyOne
- Qualifications in business, finance, or project management
- Experience in change management or process improvement
