About the role

As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end procurement activities while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on sourcing and contract work with involvement in a major ERP transformation, helping shape how procurement operates into the future.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and negotiation
  • Prepare high-quality procurement documentation such as RFQs, RFTs, and evaluation reports
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and develop fit-for-purpose procurement strategies
  • Support contract administration, including variations, extensions, and performance tracking
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure value, compliance, and performance
  • Monitor supplier adherence to safety, regulatory, and security requirements
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new ERP system, including process design, data preparation, testing, and user support
  • Assist with developing procurement templates, catalogues, and reporting tools
  • Ensure all procurement activities meet governance, compliance, and audit standards
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across procurement processes

About you

You’re a proactive and commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys working in a complex environment and building strong relationships across diverse teams.

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract administration
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and contract management principles
  • Confident analysing commercial proposals and making sound recommendations
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with procurement or ERP systems (Infor highly regarded)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to meet security requirements, including obtaining an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and passing an AFP check
