At AgeUp Health, we help older Australians live well at home. That starts with the people delivering care every day — our Support Workers.
We’re looking for a Workforce Coordinator to support a group of Support Workers across our service. In this role, you’ll be their first point of contact for day-to-day support, help ensure workforce processes run smoothly, and play a key role in keeping our teams connected, compliant and supported.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping operations organised in a fast-moving environment.
The Role
- Act as the primary contact for a group of Support Workers
- Build strong relationships through regular check-ins and day-to-day support
- Respond to workforce queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Support workforce compliance, including training, documentation and records
- Manage administration tasks such as inbox management, payroll checks and workforce updates
- Identify workforce issues or trends and escalate where required
- Contribute to improving systems and processes that support our frontline teams
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in workforce coordination, HR administration, rostering, or compliance
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets and workforce databases
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Experience in aged care, home care, disability or community services will be highly regarded.
