Support the team delivering care in the community

At AgeUp Health, we help older Australians live well at home. That starts with the people delivering care every day — our Support Workers.

We’re looking for a Workforce Coordinator to support a group of Support Workers across our service. In this role, you’ll be their first point of contact for day-to-day support, help ensure workforce processes run smoothly, and play a key role in keeping our teams connected, compliant and supported.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping operations organised in a fast-moving environment.

The Role

  • Act as the primary contact for a group of Support Workers
  • Build strong relationships through regular check-ins and day-to-day support
  • Respond to workforce queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Support workforce compliance, including training, documentation and records
  • Manage administration tasks such as inbox management, payroll checks and workforce updates
  • Identify workforce issues or trends and escalate where required
  • Contribute to improving systems and processes that support our frontline teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in workforce coordination, HR administration, rostering, or compliance
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets and workforce databases
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

Experience in aged care, home care, disability or community services will be highly regarded.

Why Join AgeUp Health?

  • Work for a growing organisation improving home care in Australia
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative team
  • Help improve how we support our frontline workforce
  • Employee benefits, including discounted health insurance, retailer discounts and EAP
  • A role where your work directly supports people delivering care in the community
