The Role

The Training and Implementation Consultant is primarily responsible for the project management of new client implementations and the provision of training and support to the Agentplus clientele as part of our strategy to provide leading technology and industry solutions.

This includes assisting in pre-sales activities and demonstrations with prospective clients to present the features and benefits of the Agentplus platform. You will also create training materials and provide in-house support and coaching to clients.

The ideal candidate would have previous real estate property management experience and will be provided full on the job training to support their success in the role.

This role will require interstate travel for a minimum of one week per month to provide training and support to interstate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage the complete implementation process with new clients
  • Create implementation project plans and present to clients
  • Create and develop training materials
  • Provide in-house coaching and training to clients
  • Provide solutions to Client system inquiries and escalations
  • Demonstrations of the Agentplus platform to prospective clients
  • Work as part of a team with strong internal communication
  • Live and breathe the core values of Agentplus and the Little Group

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a real estate property management role
  • Experience using Agentplus will be highly advantageous
  • Computer literate across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in a training/coaching capacity will be highly regarded
  • Excellent customer relationship capability
  • The ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
