Start your electrical trade career with confidence, hands‑on experience, and the support you need to succeed.
AGA is seeking motivated women who are ready to begin a career in the Electrical Trade and want to work on major Tier 1 construction projects across Melbourne. This opportunity is designed to support women entering a traditionally male‑dominated industry, with structured pathways, mentoring, and real on‑site experience.
Successful applicants will begin their journey through the Lendlease Tradie Bootcamp — a two‑week, paid pre‑employment program created specifically to prepare female apprentices for success on commercial construction sites.
Upon successful completion of the Tradie Bootcamp, apprentices will be placed on major projects in Melton, including (but not limited to) the Cobblebank Data Centre and Melton Hospital, with opportunities to move across metropolitan Melbourne sites as projects progress.
What’s in It for You:
- Above‑award pay while completing a nationally recognised Electrical apprenticeship
