As a Facilitator with Asuria RTO, your primary responsibility is to deliver non-accredited, Employability Skills training to encourage and promote participants job readiness. The course focuses on job preparation and job-hunting skills, assisting participants to develop their resume skills and improve interview techniques. 

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Deliver courses in line with the requirements of the relevant contractual requirements

• Deliver training and assessment in a diverse range of environments including classroom, workplace, and online

• Provide participants with individual attention, support and guidance to maximise participants chance of successful completion as required

• Participate in and support the development of course materials

• Deliver structured training sessions that are enjoyable and engaging as per our Learning Management System

• Adapt the course resources, pace of delivery and style as required to ensure effective delivery

The Role:

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Facilitators to join our team in delivering excellent training across the Geelong area!

Both delivering training to groups and one on one, this role is ideal for someone who loves teaching others but is also looking to work around other life commitments. Our training sessions are always at the same time and the role is entirely remote; making it ideal to plan your other priorities around.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of structured training courses online
  • Coaching one on one when learners need support
  • Assist students in reaching personalised goals
  • Organise and maintain accurate administration as required

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Comfort in delivering lessons/training to people (no previous professional experience is necessary)
  • Clear and strong communication manner - both verbal and written
  • Personal values in line with Asuria's values and delivering the best possible experience to people
  • Solid time management and organisation skills
