Box Maker - Afternoon Shift

• Pay Rate: $18.75/hr
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Raise in partnership with ADM are seeking to hire a Box Maker in Erlanger, KY.

Job Summary:

Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and supplying corrugated boxes to support safe, efficient packaging operations throughout the plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications
• Inspect boxes for quality, proper labeling, and structural integrity
• Supply finished boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP standards
• Follow all safety, food safety, and quality policies
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervision
• Assist with other packaging or production tasks as assigned, including cleaning various work areas throughout the facility

Requirements

• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must comply with GMP requirements, including PPE, hygiene, and dress code standards
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience
• Familiarity with food or ingredient production environments
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and temperature variations
• Required use of PPE (safety shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing and eye protection, lab coats, bump caps, etc.)
• Work is repetitive in nature and requires patience, consistency, and the ability to stay engaged in a routine-based role.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Requires frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting while standing for extended periods of time.
