Harvest Elevator Worker (Copeland, KS)

• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
• Shifts Available: Monday-Saturday, 8am to 7:30pm * After harvest: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4pm 
• Temporary Contract position with Raise for Harvest season
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

Raise has partnered with ADM, and they are seeking to hire a Harvest Elevator Worker in Copeland, KS.

Potential Assignments:

• Assist farmers unloading trucks
• Help load trucks
• Open gates for truck drivers
• Perform light cleaning and housekeeping (sweeping grain spills)
• Dump and load railcars and trucks
• Operate a grain dryer
• Assist with grain handling
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Conduct general maintenance, as needed

Job Requirements:

• Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
• High school education or equivalent
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Must be able to handle physical positions; no major back issues
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Work in various conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.)
• Lift up to 55 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends, if needed
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed
• Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude

Training Provided:

• Confined space entry training (if needed)
• Will not operate mobile equipment
