Supervisor (Langhorne, PA)

• Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour
• Shift: Initially Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Transition to: Sunday – Thursday (upon demonstrated competence in all operational areas)
• Temporary Contract position with Raise with eventual perm hire with ADM
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

Raise has partnered with ADM, and they are seeking to hire a Supervisor in Langhorne, PA. This position will convert to a permanent position with ADM after the contract is over and performance is good.

Position Overview

Supervisory shift position being created. Responsible for training on labor positions and training others. Requires high mobility, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Outdoor and indoor work in all types of weather year-round.

Training Requirements

• Must be trained in tasks performed at the terminal
• Must be able to explain tasks to hourly employees
• Must perform training and re-training of hourly employees as needed

Physical Requirements

• Climb ladders 8 ft to 12 ft while connected to fall safety equipment
• Squat and climb under tanker railcars
• Operate hand tools
• Lift 60–70 lbs unassisted

Additional Requirements

• Train on safe operation of a yard tractor to move loaded and empty trailers (non-CDL)
• Train on proprietary computer system programs used to prepare equipment for specific tasks
