Harvest - Scale Clerk (Seminole, TX)

• Pay Rate: $16.75/hr.
• Shift: 8 AM -5 PM, M-F (but must work OT and weekends as things get more busy)
• Temporary Contract position with Raise.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

Job Summary:

• Scale Clerk is a clerical position involved in the daily tasks of the office (weighing trucks, grading grain, operating a PLC program, data entry, answer phone and filing).
• This position will provide excellent customer service displaying a positive and professional attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weigh trucks
• Data entry
• Answer phone
• File and retain documents
• Maintain clean and neat workspace

Job Requirements:

• Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures 
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
• Computer skills are a must; previous experience with data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel is preferred
• Previous experience with office equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends 

Educational Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance

Physical Requirements:

• Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, prolonged periods of using a telephone, bending, kneeling, lift storage boxes
