The role
Join Adbri’s Health & Safety team and play a key role in driving WHS performance across our SA and NT operations. Reporting to the SA/NT HSE Manager, you’ll lead strategic safety initiatives, support operational teams, and help shape a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion WHS improvements and risk reduction across sites
- Deliver training, coaching, and support on HSE systems and compliance
- Guide incident investigations and share safety learnings
- Conduct site visits, audits, and provide expert WHS advice
- Support ISO 45001 systems and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- WHS qualification and 5+ years’ experience in heavy industry or construction
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO standards
- ICAM and Cert IV Training & Assessment (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
