The role

An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Administration Officer to join Adbri's Cement & Lime Sales & Marketing team based in Birkenhead, South Australia.

Reporting to the Team Leader – Process & Systems, you will play an important role in supporting our sales operations across South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will provide administrative and customer support that contributes to the achievement of business objectives and exceptional customer service outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a process-driven environment, has strong administrative capabilities and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely outcomes. Industry experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you build the knowledge and skills required for success.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing purchase orders
  • Responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries
  • Maintaining customer pricing and account records
  • Preparing and maintaining sales documentation and controls
  • Assisting with customer events, functions and promotional activities
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes
