  • Perform mechanical maintenance across heavy fixed plant and rotating equipment, including compressors, conveyors and process assets
  • Execute planned, preventative and predictive maintenance activities
  • Support shutdowns, breakdown response and major repairs (including rigging and lifting tasks where required)
  • Carry out installations, replacements, precision alignment and mechanical repairs
  • Complete work orders and reporting within the maintenance system (SAP or similar)
  • Contribute to plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Will Need to Succeed

We encourage applications from tradespeople with experience in heavy industrial environments such as cement, mining, quarrying, oil & gas, manufacturing, ports or power generation.

  • Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Boilermaking, or Millwright (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in fixed plant and rotating equipment maintenance
  • Experience working with compressors, conveyors, crushers, kilns or heavy process equipment
  • Rigging / Dogging ticket (highly regarded)
  • High Risk Licence – Forklift and EWP
  • Confined Space and Working at Heights
  • Experience in lubrication programs or condition monitoring (desirable)
  • Experience supervising contractors during shutdowns (desirable)
