The Role

Are you looking to build a career in manufacturing? Join Adbri Masonry as a Production Worker at our Pooraka site producing pavers, retaining wall blocks and bricks!

In this role, you’ll rotate across production line operations (sorting, stacking, quality assurance), finished goods wrapping, pallet inspection and repair, and offline processing activities including shot blasting of exposed aggregate products. It’s a varied, fast-paced environment where teamwork and quality matter.

We have AM and PM shifts available, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays as required).

AM = 6am – 2.30pm | PM = 2.30pm – 11pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Rotating across production line duties including sorting, stacking, and quality checks
  • Wrapping finished products and ensuring they meet quality standards
  • Conducting pallet inspections and minor repairs
  • Supporting offline processing activities, including shot blasting of masonry products
  • Operating and monitoring machinery to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Maintaining safety, health, and environmental standards

  • Strong communication skills and ability to support smooth shift handovers
  • Ability to safely undertake the physical requirements of the role, including regular manual handling and lifting, in accordance with safe work practices.
  • Experience in manufacturing or masonry (advantageous)
  • Forklift High Risk Licence (desirable)
