The role
Adbri Masonry’s Contracting Services team delivers end-to-end solutions—including design, supply, installation, project management, and certification—for civil, industrial, and commercial projects across Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales. Our experienced team of project managers, estimators, and engineers supports a wide range of developments with high-quality service and technical expertise.
We are currently seeking a skilled Draftsperson/Estimator to join our team based in Stapylton. Reporting to the State Contracting Services Manager, you will support national operations by preparing quotes and drafting plans for paving and retaining wall projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotes from architectural plans and tender packages
- Draft design documentation for paving and retaining wall projects
- Manage quotes and maintain project data in Salesforce
- Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes
What you will need to succeed
- Proficient in AutoCAD, with experience producing accurate design documentation and quantity take-offs
- Strong project and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines
- Willing to learn pricing for paving and retaining wall projects from engineered designs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a geographically diverse team
