Production Workers

The Role

Are you a motivated, hands-on individual looking to build a solid career in manufacturing? Adbri Masonry are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Workers to join our dynamic team in Townsville, Queensland.

We will provide comprehensive training in masonry products, giving you the skills to excel in our industry. We will also invest in your ongoing development, providing opportunities to expand your experience and advance your career as you demonstrate initiative and drive.

This is a full-time, permanent position with AM and PM shifts available, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards
• Operate and monitor production machinery for quality and efficiency
• Support continuous improvement of processes and systems.
• Communicate clear shift handovers with operators and maintenance.
• Perform manual tasks, quality checks, and forklift operations.

 What you will need to succeed

• Committed to safety, quality, environment, and wellbeing.
• Experience in masonry manufacturing advantageous.
• Positive, proactive, and mechanically minded.
• Multiskilled, process-focused, and team-oriented with leadership ability.
• Current Forklift High Risk Licence (desirable)
