The Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Production Operator to produce a high-end quality product as part of a close knit and supportive team located in Maroochydore. This full-time role, however, you must be flexible to work as part of a shift work structure if needed. The possibility of overtime also exists.

If you are process orientated or have experience with a high-speed manufacturing line this could be the opportunity for you. We will provide the successful candidate with specific and thorough masonry product training to link your existing skills and knowledge to our industry.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
  • Diagnose system faults
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Development of team members
  • Management of raw materials

What you will need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience as a production operator
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to fault find with machinery
  • Able to work as part of a small team
  • Strong commitment to safety and the environment
  • Forklift and/or front end loader ticket (preferred, but not essential)
