The role

As the face of Adbri Masonry in your region, you’ll play a key role in engaging with a diverse customer base driving profitable sales, promoting our trusted brand, and delivering high-quality service.

With a strong focus on achieving revenue, average selling price (ASP), and market share targets, you will actively promote and sell our masonry systems and solutions while managing strategic accounts and fostering long-term relationships with tier one, two and three builders, and customers.

This role requires a balanced approach to direct selling and account management, all while upholding Adbri Masonry’s commitment to safety, compliance, and service excellence.

This position demands strong organisational skills, commercial acumen, and proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce to track opportunities and deliver insights that drive regional growth.

This role plays an important part in influencing wall system selection early in the design and planning phase, helping customers achieve compliant, efficient, and reliable build outcomes through masonry solutions.

This role is located in Campbellfield, Victoria.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow accounts across Metro Melbourne
  • Execute an active and effective customer call cycle
  • Engage, builders and customers early in the project lifecycle to support solution selection
  • Support customers with product displays, promotional tools and sampling
  • Develop relationships with direct customers and tier one, two and three builders
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activity and opportunities
  • Deliver strategic plans and contribute to regional growth targets
  • Provide timely reporting and market updates (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes through formats, applications and system use
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence

What you will need to succeed

  • Strong sales experience in the construction or building products industry
  • Experience working with builder and developer accounts
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales data analysis
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and planning ability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a customer-first approach
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Comfortable engaging customers early in the design or planning phase to shape solutions
  • Able to sell value, performance and reliability—not just price
