The Role
Adbri is seeking a seasoned and strategic National Stock Control Manager to lead inventory excellence across our national operations. Based in Stapylton, QLD, this senior role is critical to driving operational efficiency, safety leadership, and supply chain innovation, involves monthly travel to support site alignment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead product quality and national inventory strategy across raw materials, consumables, and finished goods
- Optimise systems and processes to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and enhance responsiveness
- Champion a strong safety culture through proactive HSE leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement
- Strengthen stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with commercial goals
This is a high-impact role for a proven leader ready to shape the future of stock control at scale.
What you will need to succeed
- A background in Process Engineering or similar discipline (highly regarded)
- Proven leadership in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally within concrete products, construction materials, quarrying, or heavy manufacturing
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to align inventory strategy to business goals
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- A track record of driving safety, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
