The Role

Adbri has an exciting opportunity for experienced Digital Learning Lead. Three years into the system being operational you have the opportunity to review the system configuration, assess evolving user requirements and make enhancements optimising the system functionality with business objectives. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in LMS management, stakeholder engagement, and driving solution-driven approaches.

The role will work in partnership with the People & Culture Teams as well as key operational users to maximise the use and effectiveness of our Learning and Development Strategy.

This is a full-time permanent role, which offers flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Assume ownership of the LMS system, acting as the go-to person for all functionalities, maintaining day-to-day central management of the system, including e-Learning content build-out, uploading new material, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Review existing LMS (Kineo/Totara) configuration and processes and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise LMS requirements based on business needs and objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment between stakeholders and LMS functionalities.
  • Develop relationships with vendors, leveraging their capability and resources where possible.
  • Implement improvements based on analysis and feedback.
  • Drive compliance in skills training records management and verification.
  • In conjunction with the business, operationalise in the LMS role profile skills matrices.
  • Upgrade reporting capability.
  • Monitor and manage system upgrades and coordinate with the vendor technical team as required.

What you will need to succeed

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with LMS (Experience with Kineo/Totara platform is an advantage but not a requirement).
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing system needs and documenting business requirements.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Practical, paced, and positive attitude with an outcome’s focus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
