Agitator Driver

The role

Hy-Tec is seeking a reliable and safety focused Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our team of Agitator Drivers on a permanent full-time basis. Based at our Emu Plains site, you will be responsible for loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to a variety of customer locations while providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team where your contribution is genuinely valued, with no two days the same as you work across a diverse range of sites and customers.

If you hold a heavy vehicle licence and are looking to build specialised driving experience in a stable and growing industry, we offer comprehensive training in all aspects of agitator operation and pre-mixed concrete delivery. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values health and safety, and brings a flexible, positive and professional approach to every shift.

This role is located in Emu Plains, NSW.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete to clients' sites
• Manage concrete slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete
• Complete basic documentation
• Develop positive customer relationships
• Maintain the truck in a clean and tidy condition

What you will need to succeed

• Minimum of a current HR driver’s licence, with the ability to provide a driver’s licence history check
• Strong work ethic and integrity, with the ability to work independently
• Reliable team player with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Current white card
• Previous experience in the concrete or construction industry (highly regarded)
• Sound knowledge of road rules, transport regulations and safe driving practices.
