The Role
We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-driven Senior Finance Analyst to join our Adbri - Concrete, Aggregates & Masonry (CAM) Finance team, where you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance and decision-making across this diverse and fast-paced part of our business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional to contribute to a high-performing team with strong business exposure.
In this key role, you will deliver corporate financial reporting, drive SOX compliance, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and provide insightful analysis to guide business decisions. You will also act as a subject matter expert on financial systems and reporting tools, contribute to acquisition integrations, and lead process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and transparency.

Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly US GAAP financial reporting.
- Maintain SOX compliance, including control testing and audit coordination.
- Manage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting and dashboards, including templates, data, reports, and providing training to users.
- Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes across CAM business units.
- Deliver financial analysis, management reports, and performance insights to support decision-making.
- Assist with acquisition integration and finance transformation initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting quality and efficiency.
- Provide leadership support for the Finance Manager or Business Partner – Finance when required.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field; CA or CPA qualified.
- 7–10 years’ experience in financial reporting, FP&A or commercial finance roles.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP, SAC, and Power BI (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage audits and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner across teams.
- Proactive, organised and capable of stepping into leadership responsibilities as required.
