The role
Are you ready to play a key role in optimising core business processes and shaping the future of Adbri’s SAP landscape? We are seeking a proactive and analytical SAP Business Analyst to support and enhance SAP functionality across Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Finance (FI).
In this impactful role, you’ll act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring SAP solutions are effective, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen end‑to‑end operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
- Analyse existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Recommend and implement best-practice improvements across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and financial posting cycles.
- Lead or contribute to SAP enhancements, upgrades, and system rollout projects.
- Prepare and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
What you will need to succeed
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- 3–5 years’ experience in an SAP Business Analyst or similar role, ideally with ECC or S/4HANA exposure.
