We’re on the lookout for a commercially astute Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team during an exciting phase of national growth. This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our Concrete, Aggregate & Masonry (CAM) Division, where your legal expertise will help shape strategic decisions and drive operational excellence across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice across a wide range of commercial matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal guidance with business strategy
- Lead legal innovation by streamlining processes and proactively managing risk
- Support dispute resolution and litigation when required
- Contribute to governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance ease of doing business through practical, solutions-focused legal support
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3+ years post-admission experience, ideally from a top-tier firm or in-house legal team
- Strong background in commercial law; experience in construction materials, infrastructure, or heavy manufacturing is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver clear, actionable legal advice in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for legal innovation and continuous improvement
- Australian Legal Practising Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
