We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager People & Culture Business Partnering to lead our high-performing team of People & Culture Business Partners. In this key leadership role, you will support business leaders in delivering operational excellence and building a culture of care, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering & Leadership: Guide and enable a team of Business Partners and Advisors to deliver performance focused and commercially aligned support to leaders across the business.
  • Industrial Relations: Collaborate with the IR team to implement industrial relations strategy. Coordinate resources and ensure a feedback loop to identify and address emerging issues.
  • Employee Relations: Set and maintain standards for employee relations case management, investigations, and conduct policy application. Drive continuous improvement and leader capability.
  • Workforce Planning: Lead site level workforce planning in partnership with Organisational Capability and Talent teams to enable proactive decision making.
  • Change: Coordinate P&C operations support for change and growth initiatives.

What you will need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology or a related field (postgraduate qualification desirable).
  • Proven leadership experience within operational P&C teams.
  • Strong background in change management and leading change initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in industrial relations, including bargaining, dispute resolution, and right of entry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading investigations and managing conduct related matters.
