The role

Adbri has launched a project to replace its human capital management systems group wide. This role is an exciting opportunity to join the team that will shape and implement the Ceridian Dayforce product company wide.

Post implementation, the Dayforce HRIS Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for Dayforce Human Resource Information System (HRIS) within the organisation. This role will be responsible for system administration, data integrity, report creation, and driving HR process improvements to fully leverage the capabilities of the Dayforce system. 

The role will work in partnership with the wider Finance, Payroll and People & Culture Teams as well as key operational users to maximise the use and effectiveness of the system. 

Based at our new office headquarters in the Adelaide CBD, this is a full-time permanent role, which offers flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in the set up, configuration and deployment of Dayforce for Adbri's national business
  • Administer and maintain the system and collaborate with others to develop the platform through ongoing deployment of system capabilities.
  • Provide support and user training as a system super user and become go-to person for all functionalities and modules.
  • Monitor and manage system upgrades and coordinate with Dayforce's technical team as required
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of governance processes for the Dayforce system and people data.

 

What you will need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience with human resources information systems. 
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
