The role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision making across the business. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern data platforms and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, transforming, and analysing data from multiple sources. You will deliver insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations, helping drive strategic and operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform data using SQL, Python, and other tools via Databricks/Microsoft Fabric
- Analyse data and create visualisations using Power BI
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Monitor the performance of BI solutions and suggest improvements
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field
- 2 years + of experience in data analysis, BI, or a similar role is preferable
- Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, or Java
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
