The role
Adbri is seeking a proactive and experienced Claims and Injury Management Specialist to join our team in Adelaide. In this role, you'll manage workers compensation claims and support injured employees in their return to work through tailored programs and collaborative planning.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement return to work (RTW) plans in line with Adbri standards and legislation.
· Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providers, and regulators.
· Coordinate case conferences and ensure timely claim documentation.
· Maintain compliance with relevant laws and systems (Solv & Cintellate).
· Support reporting and continuous improvement in injury management processes.
What you will need to succeed
· 3+ years' experience in injury and claims management, ideally in self-insured environments.
· Knowledge of SA workers compensation legislation (WA and other states desirable).
· Experience managing RTW plans and using claims management platforms.
· Strong communication and project coordination skills.
· Experience working in a similar industry desirable.
