The role

Lead initiatives that shape a high-performance, values-driven culture and deliver an exceptional employee experience across the organisation. Partner with leaders to drive change, foster engagement, and make Adbri a great place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse needs and design solutions to enhance EVP and employee experience
  • Activate culture through onboarding, recognition, and career development programs
  • Collaborate with leaders to influence and embed cultural change
  • Manage governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support M&A integration with culture and people-focused plans

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capability
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Your Expertise

  • Proven experience in employee experience and culture transformation
  • Skilled in change management and engagement strategies
  • Knowledge of DEI practices and cultural competency
  • Ability to interpret data and measure impact of initiatives
  • Familiarity with HR tech and digital engagement tools
