The role

A great opportunity has opened for a proactive, detail‑driven administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment. This role sits at the heart of our quarry operations, supporting project cost processing, weighbridge compliance, and day‑to‑day site administration across multiple locations. If you enjoy variety, problem‑solving, and being the go‑to person for a busy team, this role offers exactly that.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for employees, drivers, and external stakeholders while managing day‑to‑day site communication.
  • Handle project cost processing, invoicing, purchasing tasks, and key system updates across SAP and related platforms.
  • Oversee weighbridge operations and maintain essential compliance and operational records.
  • Support quarry teams with general administration, payroll‑related data, training records, and system maintenance.
  • Coordinate office activities including mail, supplies, documentation, and other tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

What you will need to succeed

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Demonstrate strong accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, especially over the phone.
  • Work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Bring a self‑motivated, proactive approach with sound decision‑making skills, with system experience (SAP, CAS, Salesforce, etc.) viewed as an advantage.
