CRH Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent & Organisational Capability to join the Adbri and CRH Australia team. This is a key leadership role, partnering with business leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver strategies that strengthen organisational capability and performance.

The role leads critical people initiatives including talent management, learning and development, leadership programs, employee engagement, culture transformation, and diversity and inclusion.

You will play a central role in building a high performing, future ready workforce aligned with CRH’s strategic and sustainability goals. By promoting continuous learning and inclusive leadership, you’ll help ensure our people are empowered to grow and succeed in a changing environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Promote a strong safety and well-being culture across teams
  • Lead learning and development to build workforce capability
  • Develop leadership and organisational capability frameworks
  • Drive talent, succession, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Enhance employee experience and shape a high-performing culture
  • Champion inclusion, equity, and deliver the Reconciliation Action Plan
  • Use data to guide strategy and measure impact
  • Support change management and integration of new businesses

What you will need to succeed

  • Proven experience in organisational development.
  • Broad People and Culture experience base
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
  • Deep understanding of learning, leadership development and change management principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in change management and strategic workforce design and planning.
  • A passion for people, performance and purpose.
