The role
We are seeking a talented Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to design, build, and maintain modern data solutions that enable high quality reporting, automation, and system integration across the business.
This role combines strong SQL and analytical skills with modern BI, cloud data engineering, and automation tools to deliver scalable, reliable, and business‑aligned insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Design and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards using strong data modelling and DAX capability.
- Build and manage data pipelines and transformations using Databricks and integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud services).
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power Platform integrations, including SharePoint‑based solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring data accuracy, performance, and security.
What you will need to succeed
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Advanced SQL skills and proven experience developing Power BI dashboards, including data modelling and DAX.
- Experience with cloud‑based data transformation tools such as Databricks, along with Power Platform capability (Power Automate, SharePoint).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, with a proactive, outcome‑focused, and detail‑driven approach.
- Relevant degree (IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience, with exposure to modern data environments such as Azure, REST APIs, and version control tools.
