The role

As the Lead for Endpoint Systems, you’ll be the strategic and technical champion behind Adbri’s entire enterprise endpoint environment. From modern device management and SOE development to threat protection, life cycle management, automation, and on-boarding, your work ensures our people are secure, empowered, and productive from day one.

You’ll lead a talented Endpoint team, set technical direction, drive operational excellence, and partner widely across Group Technology to maintain a high-performing, secure and future ready device landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction, governance, and performance of Adbri’s enterprise endpoint environment across Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • Oversee end‑user on-boarding, ensuring secure, efficient, and consistent deployment of all corporate devices.
  • Drive patching, vulnerability, and threat management programs with clear visibility of compliance and risk.
  • Provide senior‑level technical escalation and maintain high‑quality documentation, standards, and processes.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Operations teams to optimise endpoint performance and deliver a safe, reliable user experience.

What you will need to succeed 

  • Proven experience leading a technical team within a complex endpoint or device management environment.
  • Strong expertise in modern device management (e.g., Intune, Autopilot, MDM/MAM), SOE development, and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage patching, threat protection, and device lifecycle programs at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Self‑driven, collaborative, and skilled at mentoring and knowledge sharing within a technical team.
