The role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support our Sydney based teams. This full-time, office role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Sydney office while providing high level support to senior leaders.

You’ll manage office operations, coordinate with vendors, and support the People & Culture and Health & Safety functions. From diary and travel management to onboarding and event coordination, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Managing office operations, supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
  • Providing executive support to senior leaders, including diary and travel coordination
  • Supporting onboarding, IT setup, and general staff needs
  • Coordinating leadership visits, meetings, and internal events
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to office processes

What you will need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools
  • Discreet, proactive, and solutions focused with a trust building approach
