About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and support the delivery of key people and culture initiatives. This role plays a vital part in partnering with operational leaders to drive strategic outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on employee matters including case management and investigations
  • Support enterprise agreement negotiations and change initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and union representatives
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and annual people and culture activities
  • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and service excellence

What you will need to succeed

  • A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Generalist HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree tertiary qualification in Business, HR or Organisational Psychology.
  • Proven experience working within a People & Culture (P&C) team, with exposure to Employee Relations (ER) and a strong track record in corporate project work.
  • Experience in managing complex HR cases, investigations, and providing consultative support to business leaders.
